Our 10 Step Process

To simplify things for you,we have created this 10 step process so you can clearly understand how we can achieve everything you need in your new kitchen.


 
 
Step One

Get your copy of our valuable guide: ‘Your Guide To The Secrets Of A Successful New Kitchen’

 
 
Step Two

We arrange for a free home consultation (and review of your old kitchen if you have one!)

Step Three

We produce a draft kitchen design (token cost £75) and email this to you so you can discuss it with partners, and request any changes necessary

Step Four

Together we’ll discuss any changes and fine tune the details of the design

 
 
Step Five

We prepare the bound kitchen proposal for you, with the quotation, pictures, 3-D layout, plus specification of cabinets and details of the guarantee protection. It also details operational procedures e.g. covering access with dust sheets etc.

Step Six

You confirm your choice of worktops, taps, handles, any other fittings, then we agree pricing and then prepare a project schedule and timings. You register your deposit online for total protection.

Step Seven

Cardboard boxes are provided to pack up kitchen contents. We start work on site (normally 4 – 5 weeks after deposit received) – allow up to 2 weeks on site from start to finish. We encourage daily contact and consultations on-site.

Step Eight

When your kitchen Installation is completed, you can finally independently register your 5 year Installation Guarantee with the Consumer protection Association.

Step Nine

Did we meet your expectations? As a WHICH trusted trader we value your feedback so we would appreciate it if you could kindly complete the trusted trader feedback form and post it directly to back which with your comments

Step Ten

We will return to your kitchen 12 months after Installation to make sure you are still 100% happy with your kitchen and make any normal settlement adjustments to doors and drawers.
